The Academy was established in January 2018 to provide a range of exciting and stimulating educational experiences, for children of all ages.
In this programme, we will use numeracy and science skills to design and construct various models. We will use different units of measurement to build working and stimulated models. While building a range of these students will compare, estimate and calculate various aspects of measurement. Each week they will further develop their skills and independence while making models of a rocket, a zoo and a theme park. Children will advance their scientific enquiry skills as well as their numeracy and creative thinking skills through this programme.
